International Shipping

All orders are sent for processing, and processed in 7-15 days after you place an order. Please note that the processing of your orders does not depend on the delivery method you have chosen. 

Items are sent via International Postal Express Mail Service (EMS) shipping method. Most orders are shipped in 5-7 days from when an order is processed. Longer ship times can be expected during peak seasons, such as Christmas, major promotions. Please allow 3-4 weeks for all international orders. International delivery times are based on location and customs procedures in the receiving country. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. All shipments require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid upon delivery.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for the size is not suitable for you, you may return it to us for an exchange only.

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
