SHIP METHODS

We have the following shipping options available:

Standard:
5$ for orders up to 150$;
FREE for orders over 150$.

Express (EMS):
15$ for orders up to 150$;
30$ for orders 150$-500$;
99$ for orders over 500$.

For 1-Day Shipping option please contact Customer Service.

SHIPPING TIMES
Standard - 20-30 business days
Express (EMS) - 7-14 business days

Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take between 7 to 30 days to deliver.

Please note, shipping times DO NOT include the processing time it takes for the order to ship out.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Once your package is in transit, please note that your order may be delayed due to inclement weather occurring along the shipment route, regardless of shipment method.

We are NOT responsible for these delays.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

CUSTOMS & TAXES
Customers ARE responsible for any taxes or duties applied to their order by their country's government. Please be aware of your countries customs law before placing an order with us.

We are NOT responsible for delays or financial obligations added to your package via your country's government.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once your order is shipped.

To change your shipping address while your order is processing please contact Customer Service.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact Customer Service.
